Thanks for keeping us posted and pics (keep them coming !) we own 2BR in BSR , we are told the project is delayed till may 2010, why ??
What cliams can owners make to recover bank interest incurred on this kind of delays??

Why is Blue Sapphire’s construction being delayed and Crescent Park is not. Crescent Park is just accross the street.
This will create problems to those who have already planned to come for the expected schedule turnover.
Since we have paid in full for the unit, what compensation do we get for this damages.

There are lots of condos that offer good services. We are the one who will choose from diverse options. Choosing a condos sometimes takes time. Let’s choose the right place for right investments.
