Personally, November 11, 2009 is for the books.  This is the date I decided to really pig out after all the stress….Lol!

I just came from Pacific Plaza Towers for a condo viewing.   

First stop - Lunch at Henry’s Place by Good Earth.  Located at the Burgos Circle.

To lessen the guilt, I invited my Interior Designer-Contractor for lunch… LOL!

Prawns…

Scallops….

Second stop-   Dessert at Basilio’s Restaurant.  This restaurant is located at the corner of Burgos Circle and Rizal Drive.

Instead of the predictable flower arrangement, they have this nice “table piece” at Basilio’s made of macaroni noodles, dried chili peppers and a garlic bulb… ang ganda di ba?

Newly baked chocolate pudding (?) or cake (?)  … If you’re stressed, does it matter? LOL!

Plus Vanilla Icecream….   Heaven talaga, I’m speechless!!!

After dessert, I made a quick call to the client… “Can I meet you at Coffee Bean” ? Okay….  I went to Coffee Bean and got my coffee…

Another call.. “Sorry Cynch, I haven’t had lunch, can I meet you at Henry’s Place instead”? Okay….

Negotiate… negotiate… negotiate… Done….

Last stop – Cantinetta at Burgos Circle.   If you feel you’re filled to the brim, just stop, relax and chillax – which I did!!!!   LOL!

The glass at the right is NOT iced tea…it’s San Mig Light…. at 3PM… LOL!

This dish is made out of layers of eggplant baked in tomato sauce.

This day is the best, the best, the best!!!!  I just noticed that November 11 = 11/11… Wow!
