Based on that “know more” link, it looks like the cost to purchase a unit is roughly 10x the annual rent. Is that in line with what you’re seeing in Fort Boni? In Metro Manila? I don’t know much about the Philippines real estate market, but that kind of ratio strikes me as an argument in favor of buying rather than renting.

Primary target for these units for rent are the foreigner expats who are assigned here in Manila.
If you’re an investor whose priority is rental income, then the 10% return (conservatively, can go 7%-10%) is quite attractive. Plus, you add up the property value appreciation for your condo investment, that will be an additional benefit for you as an investor. Obviously, it is attractive to buy here at BGC.
Also, prices and corresponding rental rates of condo units in Metro Manila vary. You can not compare a property located at Bonifacio Global City (BGC) with another one in Mandaluyong City or Quezon City.
