I was one of the guests in ANC’s (aka ABS-CBN News Channel) SHOPTALK “”Reading the Fine Print in Buying Real Estate” episode on January 13, 2010. The show is hosted by Ms. Pia Hontiveros. Shop Talk is aired in the ANC Channel (Philippine cable channel) and TFC (The Filipino Channel).
