Hello Friends and Clients!

For clients who are based overseas and will be moving in their new condominium units, I suggest that you outsource the following tasks so that you can spend more QUALITY TIME with family and friends. Furthermore, outsourcing these tasks means a STRESS-FREE vacation here in Manila!

Let me repeat this…. Builders/Developers can NOT finish repairs of “finished”/”upgraded” units within one (1) week from the day you made your first inspection.   If there is a surge of unit inspections for a particular month, repairs may even take longer.

Avoid the stress and take advantage of these services to clients:

1) Walk-throughs/punchlisting of condo units on behalf of clients especially those based abroad. We can do this task even prior to your arrival here in Manila.

2) Facilitate installation of aircon units, lighting fixtures, range hoods, water heaters, washing machines/dryers etc. (We’ll call the suppliers/installers and we’ll supervise the installation inside the condo unit).

3) Additional interior design works inside the condo unit (ie, installation of mirrors in the bedroom, living room/dining room area; “dropped” ceilings, adding shelves/cabinets, etc.

4) Assist client in shopping for furniture and appliances (ie, “Shopping consultant/companion”).

5) Accepting deliveries of furniture/appliances at the condo unit and arranging them.
