One Serendra Condominium’s Gardens and Common Areas

Hello Clients and Friends!
I took these pictures of the gardens and common areas of One Serendra yesterday.
Anyway, I noticed that the gardens at Serendra are “greener” and “fresher” now – that’s due to the heavy rains during the past few weeks… Thank you for the rains! :-)
“Serendra is the only residential development of its kind, with approximately 7.5 hectares dedicated to wide open spaces, exclusive themed gardens, and courtyards. Residents will enjoy a serene urban sanctuary right in the Bonifacio Global City, the newest center of culture and trade. In addition, the Shops at Serendra, which is located at the center of the development, contains both the residential and themed-retail sections.”
Enjoy One Serendra’s lush and spacious gardens…

Finally, you can now pass through this Central Garden…. a portion of the garden used to be blocked…. Pwede ng mag-strolling (Read: HHWW - ”Holding Hands While Walking” daw..) ha ha ha!

This is a very refereshing sight…
This One Serendra lobby is facing Bonifacio High Street (a commercial area).

Hello Winston!
The most affordable studio at The Red Oak at Two Serendra is about Php 4.044 M (36 sqm unit area + 9 sqm balcony area). The price is inclusive of the 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) but does NOT include other miscellaneous charges (ie, documentary stamps tax, registration fees, transfer taxes).

Cynch
