The City Center forms the physical core of the Bonifacio Global City, and is essentially designed as a three-by-three matrix of high-tech offices and residential buildings, busting retail outlets and pedestrian-friendly roads and walkways. The grid approach ensures a city center that is easy to navigate.

The Retail Promenade
Encompassing the 29th Street is the Retail Promenade characterized by abundant landscaped areas. Its design concept is centered on a east-west central access with well-known brands and various activity pods. It offers retail at the ground level and offices at the second floor.

This pedestrian highway is a 40-meter wide, green, landscaped retail strip with a length of about 400 meters cutting across the city center. From fashion and beauty, health and wellness, home accessories & furnishings, sports lifestyle, anything is just a literal walk down the road. The vibrant social activity in the park shall be complimented by best match retail and food concepts. Here community life is celebrated in all its bustle and color.

The City Square Blocks
feature landscaped areas and parks. This is the place for various community activities, where people in Bonifacio Global City can come together. It is an ideal location for hotels, conference facilities and entertainment venues.

The Garden Square Blocks
offer mixed-use neighborhoods, each oriented towards a green landscaped park with informal play areas.

The Main Boulevard Blocks
mark the visual edge of the city center. The area is ideal for ground-level retail and public-oriented uses close to the transit center.
